Wool Products

We work with our wool and hides from the sheep to the finished product. This helps us understand what it takes to make quality products. We select only our best fleeces for spinners and the mill, then we skirt hard. We visit our mills regularly and listen carefully to their advice.

Finally, we listen to our customers. Washable lambskins and wool blankets have become family traditions for many of our customers. In 1995 we produced our first yarn. Since then we have added variety and color to the yarn inventory. We now produce roving, batts and felt in natural and hand-dyed colors.

Handmade Gift Items: We work with a small group of local artisans to stock something for everyone. There are fiber tools such as drop spindles, skein holders and felting supplies. We have beeswax products and hand-made hardwood puzzles. Our talented friends make hand-knit garments and felted sculptures. Birdwatchers love our wool-stuffed nest balls. Lambskin insoles keep feet warm. Come visit the shop to see what’s new. You’re guaranteed to find something to make you smile.
